What is Piyo?

I am so excited to begin my next challenge group of Piyo!!

I found myself while completing the 21 day Fix that Pilates was one of my favorite days along with my love/hate relationship with Yoga. So why not mix the two in strength training without using weights, without jumping, and simply using total body weight! Piyo
