Spring Cleaning! …Your Body That Is..

So after completing a 3 day shakeology cleanse into a 21 day no junk food challenge I wanted to extend this cleanse out to a lot of people who follow my journey.

I wanted to extend this out to people who are looking for a change in their daily eating habits and we all know it takes 21 days to break a bad habit. With Spring just around the corner I have decided to host a 21 Day Shakeo/No Junk Food Challenge beginning March 5th!

What does it intel?Β 

Well the first 3 days is the Shakeology Cleanse. I modify this to 2 shakes a day and a sensible dinner at night. Every now and then I will throw in some green tea to drink but I would eat mostly eat nothing but Fruits & Vegetables , Β drink loads of WATER and of course, drink my Shakeo.jpgShakes for the protein so I can still do some moderate exercise.

Next is continuing on for the next 18 days with the no Junk Food Challenge. If you have a sweet tooth like I do this was very challenging. But everyone has their weaknesses… chips, carbs, dairy, sodas… so this is a great way to rid those habits!
