Weight loss & Consistency

It’s amazing what can happen if you stay consistent.



I got back up to 161lbs once upon of time this year 😲. I workout every day but this goes to show what happens if you eat whatever the hell you want to. And for me, food sticks to me and my stomach expands into bloat. It’s uncomfortable.

So I dialed back into my wellness and got back to that feeling of empowerment!

I hope you wake up one day and finally decide you don’t want to feel like how you are feeling anymore and just like that, your life will begin to change. It’s all mental. The journey is not easy. If it was easy everyone would do it. It’s tough. You will have good days and you will have bad days. And I’ll admit it, sometimes I relapse. My lowest weight ever was 135lbs. And look at that, I am back up to 150lbs. (I hope mostly muscle) but I gained more so do to poor diet. I am not perfect. I am human.

BUT! You have to fight through the urge to not quit on yourself.  You don’t have to go to the gym and stay there for 5hrs for results. Start slow. Gradually start making healthy changes to your life. Walk for 30 minutes every day. Change the pork chops you eat for dinner to lean chicken. Baby steps. You can’t get on social media or notice someone in the gym who is in better physical shape and just give up. You don’t know their journey. And I’m sure that person worked hard for their physique. And what does that person’s journey have to do with you starting yours? The time is now! Who cares that it’s summer. Your health shouldn’t be focused on, only in the summer anyways. Health is 365 days of the year.


That is priority. Don’t say you are going to start Monday either. Every day is a new day to change your life!!!
